Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BSF Performance website and training services. By accessing our website or enrolling in any BSF Performance program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Services

BSF Performance provides baseball and softball performance training, strength and conditioning, pitching development, and related athletic development services at our Lockport IL, Bensenville IL, and Columbus OH locations, as well as remotely.

Memberships & Billing

• All memberships are auto-renewing unless written notice of cancellation is received prior to the renewal date.
• Month-to-month memberships require 30 days written notice to cancel.
• 12-month commitments are subject to early cancellation fees as outlined in your membership agreement.
• No refunds or credits will be issued for unused months, missed sessions, or time away due to injury or personal circumstances.
• Memberships cannot be paused or frozen.
• All new athletes are required to complete a Metric Testing Evaluation (one-time fee of $250) before beginning training.

Health & Safety

By enrolling in BSF Performance programs, you represent that you are in adequate physical condition to participate in athletic training. You agree to inform your coach of any injuries, medical conditions, or physical limitations prior to and during training. BSF Performance is not responsible for injuries that occur as a result of athletic training activities.

Code of Conduct

All athletes and guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully at all times. BSF Performance reserves the right to terminate any membership without refund for violations of facility rules, disrespectful conduct toward staff or other athletes, or any behavior deemed unsafe or disruptive.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BSF Performance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the 30 days prior to the claim.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Will County, Illinois.
